Exam Special Data Deletion

1. App Account Information

The Exam Special mobile application currently does not require users to create a separate app account. The app mainly provides access to the Exam Special website, quizzes, E-Papers and related educational content through WebView.

If you have submitted personal information through a website account, quiz system, contact form or another feature, you may request deletion by following the email process below.

2. How to Submit a Deletion Request

Please include the following information in your email where applicable:

• Your full name
• Your registered email address or mobile number, if applicable
• The information you want us to delete
• Your website username, if applicable
• Any details that may help us identify your information

3. Information That May Be Deleted

Depending on your request and the records available to us, the following information may be deleted or anonymized:

• Personal information submitted through contact forms
• Information associated with support emails or support requests
• Website account or profile information, where applicable
• Identifiable information associated with quiz participation
• Other user-provided information directly controlled by us

4. How to Remove Local App Data

To remove app cache, cookies and locally stored website data from your Android device:

Uninstalling the application may remove locally stored app data from your device. However, information previously submitted to the website or server may require a separate email deletion request.

Information processed by third-party providers such as Google AdMob, OneSignal, Google Play Services or other service providers may be governed by their own privacy and deletion policies.

Exam Special can take deletion action only for information that is directly available to and controlled by us.

7. Information We May Need to Retain

Certain limited information may be retained where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, financial records or dispute resolution. Where possible, retained information may be anonymized or access-restricted.

8. Request Processing

After receiving your request, we may ask for additional information to verify ownership or identity. Once verification is completed, we will make reasonable efforts to process the request within an appropriate period.
